  • Live or pre-recorded lessons
  • Digital learning materials and educational content

All services are provided digitally. No physical goods are delivered.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, booking classes, or using any service, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

4. Conditions of Use

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal information.
  • Use the Platform and its content lawfully and appropriately.
  • Refrain from any behavior that may harm the Platform, instructor, or other users.

  • Access to services or class scheduling will be granted once payment is confirmed.

6. Class Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Students must provide at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booked class.
  • Failure to provide timely notice, or absence from a scheduled class without prior communication, will result in the class being considered as completed, with no make-up class or refund.
  • If a class must be rescheduled due to exceptional or force majeure circumstances on the instructor's side, users will be notified as early as possible and a new arrangement will be agreed upon.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform, including texts, videos, audio, course materials, and exercises, is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Users are granted a personal, non-transferable right to use the content for learning purposes only.
  • Unauthorized use may result in legal consequences.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • The Platform is not responsible for service interruptions caused by internet issues, third-party platforms, or user equipment.
  • No guarantee is made regarding learning outcomes or progress.
